Objective: The objective of this experiment is to gain familiarity with Spice simulation by determine the Voltage Transfer Characteristic (VTC) of a CMOS inverter and observing its characteristics in loaded conditions.
Part 1:
Simulate (SPICE) the CMOS inverter shown in the following figure and plot its VTC. From VTC plot measure VOH , VIH , VOL , and VIL. Use models for IBM 0.25 process (available at http://www.mosis.org) and vary the capacitance load to see its effect.
