2. The scholarship is sponsored by TETC (Texas Engineering and Technical Consortium).
3. To be eligible, a student must be enrolled full-time in Electrical Engineering. 
4. Download the application.
5. Fill out and send in the application.         
6. If you are selected, you will be notified of the award.
