	The Industrial Technology department supports an active student unit, Chapter S264 of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).

	Epsilon Pi Tau
	The Industrial Technology department supports an international honorary for professionals in technology. The Alpha Nu Chapter of Epsilon Pi Tau (EPT) is for students with GPA's of 3.0 or higher. However, students with GPA's of 2.8 or higher who have served and contributed to other societies will be considered for membership.
